    Application Data Processing Policy

At our Grade My Ex Application, we process the following data: user-provided information such as name, email address, and any additional details voluntarily shared by the user. We process this data securely, using encryption and access controls to safeguard the information. The purposes for processing this data include user account management, communication, and service improvement.

Users can request the deletion of their data and/or profile by sending an email to info@vexoapp.com with their request. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will securely erase the user's profile from our systems within a reasonable time frame (5 Business Days).

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using Grade My Ex    ("    Application") or Rate My Ex which is owned and operated by Grade My Ex. 

By downloading clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the     Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the     Application. 

License 

Grade My Ex, grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to download, install and use the     Application solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 

Restrictions 

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: 

a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the     Application or make the     Application available to any third party. 

Modifications to     Application Grade My Ex    reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the     Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. 

Term and Termination 

Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Grade My Ex    Inc.
Grade My Ex    may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this 

Agreement with or without prior notice. 

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Grade My Ex   , in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deletion the     Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the     Application and delete all copies of the     Application from your mobile device or from your desktop. 

Sever-ability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objective of such provision to the greatest extent possible under   licable law and the remaining provisions will conclude in full force and effect. 

Amendments to this Agreement 

Grade My Ex    reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes as a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

Data 

The purpose of your data(e-mail) is to send a confirmation e-mail code to reduce the amount fake/spam accounts that are created. The public profile is to show other users your username and videos/photos you have posted. 

Account Deletion 

To delete your account with Grade My Ex, open the  Application,  go to your setting that says “Delete Account” which displays the symbol of a red box. Select that button and confirm that you want to delete your account.  We will delete the account within 5 business days or less.
